 Joan Prout brings a wealth of experience with her; a full-time practitioner in real estate since 1991, in Hudson County since 1993, a broker since 1994. She works as a team with her husband Hans Oscarsson, a licensed real estate agent since 1995, who holds an MBA in Marketing. Hans is the talented photographer who takes all the advertising and virtual tour photos of Joan's listings. He also took all the photos on this website except the portraits. Both Joan and Hans have earned the National Association of REALTORS e-Pro designation and are committed to improving their marketing expertise in the 21st Century Internet environment, and regularly attend seminars and conventions at their own expense to bring better service to their clients.

Carrie Gable, Client Care Manager
 Carrie is Client Care Manager for the team and has an Associates Degree as a Legal Secretary and has worked as an Executive Assistant and a web project manager. She received her certification as a Real Estate Support Specialist in 2001. Carrie is a Virtual Team Member and both she and Joan have spoken at REALTOR® conferences across the country on this exciting new concept in utilizing technology to provide exceptional service to our clients. If you first contacted Joan based on her Internet marketing presence, Carrie was the one who put together Joan's website, managed the REALTOR.com® ads and sent out the email notification. After you have signed a contract on your home, Carrie follows up on the contingency details to ensure that important contractual deadlines are met, and your deal proceeds smoothly to closing.
Erica Parpan, Scheduling Coordinator
 Erica is the Scheduling Coordinator for the team. She is the main contact for agents wishing to show our listings. Erica collects our seller clients' showing requirements and then coordinates with each and every agent that wishes to show our listings. Erica receives showing calls 7-days a week to ensure your property gets maximum exposure! She also manages our computerized Homefeedback system.
